About Me
Chef, developer, and writer with a focus on where food meets technology.
I'm Keith Kalm, a professional chef who also builds software and writes. My career has taken me from fine dining kitchens to web development, and I've found that the skills from each world strengthen the other.
My background in professional kitchens taught me about systems, precision, and the importance of good mise en place. Those same principles apply whether I'm building a tasting menu or building a web application.
These days, I offer private chef services, build web applications (with a focus on AI and automation), and write about food, technology, and their intersection. I'm particularly interested in how technology can solve real problems in the food industry without losing the human element that makes hospitality special.
